VANCOUVER – VRIFY Technology has unveiled DORA, an AI-assisted mineral discovery platform designed to revolutionize the mining exploration industry by significantly reducing the time required to identify potential mineral deposits. Launched at the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) convention in early March 2025, DORA utilizes advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze extensive geological datasets, enabling predictive modeling that can identify mineral targets in approximately 15 to 20 minutes—a process that traditionally took months.
In conjunction with DORA’s launch, VRIFY announced the successful completion of a $12.5 million Series B funding round led by LGVP, a New York-based venture capital firm. This investment brings VRIFY’s total funding to over $30 million and is earmarked to accelerate the adoption and enhancement of DORA within the mining sector. DORA’s capabilities have already attracted attention from industry players. Nevada Sunrise Metals Corporation has partnered with VRIFY to leverage DORA for refining exploration plans at the Griffon Gold Mine Project in Nevada. The platform’s ability to generate prospectivity scores by analyzing historical exploration data is expected to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of identifying potential mineralization zones.
